When Steph first walked into the club back in January, she made a decision that would’ve been easy to avoid and to start putting herself first and fight for a better, stronger version of herself.
Living with fibromyalgia means there are days where even simple things can feel hard, but despite that, she keeps showing up. She pushes through pain, tiredness, and the mental battles that come with it, and she never lets it define her or stop her from trying.
Not every session is easy for Steph, but that’s what makes her journey so inspiring. The effort, determination, and mindset she brings every week is something everyone in the club respects. She’s proving to herself that she’s capable of so much more than she probably ever believed.
We’re all incredibly proud of you, Steph. Not just for the progress you’ve made physically, but for the strength and resilience you show every single time you walk through those doors. Keep going — you’re smashing it.
